Jay, Karen and Tracey came to visit us in Penang.
Here we are at Kek Lok Si temple in Air Itam, Penang. This temple is one of the most
famous in Southeast Asia. It is lit up every year at CNY.
I took Karen and Tracey to my absolutely most favorite place...Thai Odyssey. Karen is seen here getting her feet washed before her hour long foot rub.
After being in Penang for a few days, we all headed up to Phuket, Thailand.
We stayed by Karon beach so naturally we needed this photo with Karen.

On the bucket list for Karen, Jay and Tracey....ride an elephant!
We went to a pizza place in Patong Beach and a few of us ordered calzones.
OH MY, they brought them out and they were HUGE!
Fortunately, they did flatten out a bit after you poked your fork into it.
The picture above is just a reminder that
when you are in Thailand, the power lines are wild!
We went on a long tail boat road at Patong Beach. Lovely way to spend an afternoon.
The Tuk Tuk's can get really loud and crazy.
One day we took a tour to the Phi Phi Islands.
This little island was our first stop along the way.
On our last day in Phuket, we visited Wat Chalong temple.
A young couple were having their bridal pictures taken.
We absolutely loved having Jay, Karen and Tracey with us.
I was so sad when we had to say our goodbyes at the airport.
