After our trip to Bali, we all flew together back to Penang to celebrate Christmas.
We arrived home past midnight on Christmas Eve.
Aaron and I quickly put our last minute things together before we went to bed :)
The first thing we did on Christmas morning was get up and ready for church. What a wonderful thing it is to be able to attend church on Christmas Day!
When we returned home then the festivities and traditions began.
Melynn made this little poster and had wrapped it up for everyone for Christmas. She wanted to take us to see the movie "Sing", but of coarse on Mom and Dad's dime as mentioned on the poster.
While preparing Christmas dinner, Aaron decided wearing goggles is
best when cutting onions. We ate a more traditional Thanksgiving meal.
We loved spending time with Charles during their entire visit.
We held a Grandma's Day Spa in my bathroom one day. Charles got a bath
(he loved splashing in the water), a rub down after with lotion
and then some hairstyling with a bit of gel.
Now he is ready for the ladies :)
The picture below was taken the following Sunday.
We drove down to Georgetown to visit the 3D Art Museum.
It was actually quite fun taking silly pictures. Here are some of the ones we took.

After the museum, we walked over to "The Safe Room" which sells ice cream and
popcorn that have liquid nitrogen on them.

Time for crawling lessons!
Towards the end of Ashtyn and Wil's visit, we went into Georgetown to look at Indian clothing. While the girls were trying stuff on, the men working were playing with Charles
and put this wig on him. Isn't it great how babies just always
seem to bring people together?
Afterwards we walked through Little India and the girls got Henna tattoos.
Darby wanted her feet done.
Melynn and Ashtyn modeling their new outfits. Ashtyn will put short sleeves on hers with the extra fabric that was included with the outfit.
For the past several years we have always had an ongoing puzzle project going on through the holidays. This year Ashtyn brought the puzzle and here is the final product.
