Utah, Summer 2014

After a few days with my Mom, we drove to Utah so that I could be there in time to collect Melynn on Saturday and also get Darby ready for EFY the following Monday....yep, never a dull moment!

One day while Darby was visiting Kylee Hoffman,
Kristi and I took the boys to the Natural History Museum
and then to a little hike up the mountain.

The following day we met up with Tiffany Hoffman and
Sueann Blackburn (and kids) at the park.
Sunday, walking to Dave and Kristi's ward
Darby was so excited to spend a week with cousin Chezny at EFY.

While Darby was at EFY, the rest of us met up with
Stephanie and Burt at a local swim park one day.
 Melynn and Slater
Jaxon and Ren being silly :)
On another day that week we hung out with Karen to enjoy a day at the lake.
The boat was having problems so we paddle boarded around
and still had a wonderful time!

Another day was spent at Seven Peaks Water Park
in Salt Lake City with Kristi and the kids.

We always have to make a stop at Cabelas!
The kids enjoying their time together on July 4th at Kristi's sisters house. I had to pick Aaron up from the airport that evening and then we met up with the crew the following day.

Some shopping time at the outlets with cousins :)

After hanging around in Utah for 2 weeks, we said our final goodbyes to Dave, Kristi and the kids and headed up to Kaysville to meet some other family members for dinner.
Sitting at the restaurant where Anthony and John Adam work.
Davis sure is getting big!
Zach is always so happy!
John and Geri
John Adam wasn't working that day but we got to see Anthony!
The next day we headed to Manila, Utah via Wyoming and stopped at Fort Bridger.

Then on to Flaming Gorge (Manila) to spend the night with Uncle Jay and
Aunt Karen at their Wamsley family vacation home.

So much fun on the tube!

Thanks Karen and Jay for showing us such a wonderful time!

So thankful for Jay's patience with the kids and their fishing poles!
That evening we drove to Aunt Theresa's house for a yummy dinner.
Some extended family joined us as well...Ashley, Tren, Krystle and Jared.
Thanks Theresa and Blaine for your kind hospitality!
It was so nice to have a place to shower and eat before heading on to Provo where we spent the night in a hotel and then the following morning drove to Las Vegas where we boarded a plane for Houston!
